Folio was conceived with the idea of developing a container for design topics, that doesn&rsquo;t contaminate the design itself or the content.

Face started from the naming, creating a generic, easy to remeber, simple and appealing name that makes sense not only for the type of document, but also for keeping track of the issue with the number or folio.

The design was the easy part. A very bold, legible, simple logo to communicate good design. Add some stylish and generic fonts to the mix and you can call it a win instantly. The layout is based on technical documents where everything is self explanatory, even literal by naming every space, item, element or text by its name. The overlapping of photos creates a more appealing, aesthetic look.
Overall this simple document contains and documents what&rsquo;s best for everybody: good content inside a good container.

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[Hunt&#038;Co. was approached by Australian cosmetics retailer Mecca Cosmetica to design and develop and interactive iPad App to coincided with the launch of their 2013 Beauty Predictions campaign. The app features six beauty predictions with step-by-step guidance on how to achieve ‘the look’ with a direct link to the associated products on the Mecca website. The app also features inbuilt analytics and tracking enabling Mecca to evaluate the app performance and sales conversions. In place of a traditional publication the app enables Mecca customers to interact with the brand on a more personal and engaging level.

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[What do you get when you blend 37 motion graphics students from Hyper Island with 2.5 days and an image of Willy Wonka’s Oompa Loompa factory?

My Yoko Ono music video entertains the concept that we are all operated by a higher order, becoming ‘Puppets of technology’, entrusting the digital (FB) to archive our secrets. The film opens with a medical journal – design magazine hybrid, meant to simulate parents thumbing through a baby catalogue when gene selecting their perfect child.

We switch between worlds, seeing the un-hazardous duo Mads and Esben being birthed to in an incubator, operated by Hyper Island students who rotate facial expressions and manipulate skin types.
